CNC Turning Services
Ten CNC lathes from Mazak and Doosan handle turned components from small bar-fed pins to chucked flanges and housings. Live tooling and Y-axis let milled flats, cross-holes, and keyways finish in the same setup as the turned diameters.

Typical tolerances
Diameters to ±.0005 in, lengths to ±.001 in, concentricity to .002 TIR, surface finish to 32 µin or better as drawn. Every dimension called out on the print is inspected with calibrated gages or CMM and can ship with a report.

CNC Turning FAQ
What size parts can you turn?
Bar work runs through the bar feeders; larger chucked parts run on the Nexus 450-II. Send the print and we confirm fit on the first quote.
Can you do turned parts with milled features?
Yes. The Multiplex 6300Y and live-tooled Nexus lathes mill flats, cross-holes, and slots in the same setup, which keeps concentricity between turned and milled features.
Do you offer ground diameters?
Yes. Centerless and surface grinding are in the same facility for bearing fits and tight finishes.
What is your lead time on turned parts?
Prototype lots usually ship in two to three weeks; production lead time depends on material availability and outside processing. Expedites are quoted on request.
